RETURNS:

We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from date delivered. Products must be in the same condition as they arrived.

RETURN PROCESS :

1 Contact us at yardratzservices@gmail.com to notify us of your intention to return the item.

2 Ship the item to the address we provide by email, and include the completed return form.

3 Send us the tracking number. Without it, the item will be considered as not returned. 

4 Once your return is received and inspected we will issue a refund  4–10 business days.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

All custom made parts are typically non-refundable. But due to our mission to support and help all our customers please email us with any issues or concerns regarding your custom parts to evaluate the situation for a possible resolution.
